You're Invited! Passover Seder at River of LIFE Lutheran Church
Dear Friends and Family,
We are delighted to invite you to join us for a Passover Seder meal in the Narthex of the church on April 13th or 15th 2025, at 6:30. This Seder, a traditional Jewish meal commemorating the Israelites' liberation from slavery in Egypt, offers a rich opportunity to explore the shared roots of our faith and the powerful symbolism of the Exodus story.
What is a Seder?
The Seder is a special meal with a unique order of ritual and storytelling, including the reading of the Haggadah (the Passover story), singing, and enjoying symbolic foods.
Why Celebrate a Seder at Church?
For Christians, the Seder provides a meaningful way to connect with the Jewish roots of our faith and to reflect on the themes of freedom, redemption, and God's faithfulness.
