Join us for a fun-filled evening of Bingo at the St. Peter Legion on Wednesday, February 19th, at 6:00pm! This event supports the youth heading to the National Youth Gathering in New Orleans this summer. Come play, have a great time and support a great cause. We can’t wait to see you all there!
SUPPORT OUR YOUTH: ENVELOPE FUNDRAISER!
Our youth are heading to the LCMS National Youth Gathering in New Orleans this summer, and they need your help to raise money for airfare, registration and food for 20 participants. One way to support them is through our envelope fundraiser. You just need to pick an envelope(s) from the fundraiser wall, put in the dollar amount listed, and return it with your donation. If every envelope is filled, we will raise $11,325! We are also hosting other fundraisers, including the Easter Breakfast, garage sale, Bingo events and more to be determined as well as each participant is contributing personally toward the trip.
GARAGE SALE ITEMS
Decluttering? Bring your items to church to support the River of LIFE Youth Group's Spring Garage Sale Fundraiser! Proceeds will go toward their summer trip to New Orleans. Donations of clean, good-condition items can be placed in the hallway across from the water fountain. The sale is tentatively scheduled for the week after Easter. Thank you for your support of the Youth Group's trip to The Gathering.
JOIN THE 2025 MISSION COMMITTEE
At River of LIFE, we believe in making an impact beyond the walls of our church by supporting missions that share the love of Christ in meaningful ways. Each year, a portion of our offerings is set aside for this purpose. The Mission Committee makes recommendations to the Board of Directors, who decide which organizations our church will support in 2025. If you’d like to be part of this, we’d love to have you join us!
OFFERING ENVELOPES – DO YOU NEED MORE?
Offering envelopes are available for those who want them, but using them is completely optional. You can give in any of the following ways and still receive giving credit: by check, by placing cash in an envelope with your name on it or by using an envelope we provide. All loose offerings without a name are recorded as unassigned. If you need more church provided envelopes or have never been given envelopes but would like some, please let us know, but remember, you don’t need a special envelope or number to receive giving credit! Let us know if you have any questions!
CHURCH OFFICE HOURS
The church office drop-in hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am–1:00pm, or by appointment.
Tracy’s part-time role includes office hours during these times. Pastor is also in the office at various times throughout the week and is available as needed. If you need to meet outside of these hours, please reach out to schedule an appointment. For security reasons, the church doors remain locked, so you will need to ring the doorbell when you arrive.
SPONSOR A SNOWFALL
Each time it snows, we pay $150 to have our parking lot cleared. While most of us can’t help with plowing, we can still support this need by sponsoring a snowfall! If you’d like to cover the cost of one snow event, please email the church office. Thank you for helping us keep our parking lot safe and accessible!
